Nadia was trained at Australia Institute of Fitness, completing her cert IV in fitness. The Personal Trainer course offered her interactive, fun course work and the latest fitness modules, developed and delivered by industry leaders and expert Coaches. Learning all the fitness fundamentals, nutritional guidance, anatomy, physiology, how to prescribe exercise as well as training principles and solutions for a range of groups and special populations such as adults, adolescents, older adults, amateur athletes and people with body composition and endurance based goals.
Nadia has been based in London for many years now and delivers her skills and expertise daily at Fitness4Less Southwark gym. “I’m a passionate coach who will do everything I possibly can to help you be a better version of yourself". she says She runs Boot camp classes as well as one on one sessions with clients, involving tailor training and nutrition plans based on their goals.
Her passion lives through our Earth Pulls Retreats, as Nadia will guide you on all the Europe based retreats, using her wealth of knowledge to help you get the best out of your ability, have fun, challenge your comfort zones and leave you with an experience of a lifetime. |
